There are a bunch of seafood restaurants on the south part Jimbaran Beach, but this one is the best. Good price and great food, one of my favourite restaurants in Bali.

The restaurants extends out onto the beach, and can have a lot of chairs outside at low tide. Go to the front of the restaurant and pick the catch you want, they weigh it there and prepare it first class while you wait at the table with your ice cold drink or beer.
