Day 2 · May 10, 2026

Under 30,000 IDR (~$2) for rice with shredded chicken, tempeh, sambal matah and a boiled egg — genuinely better than the 90,000 IDR 'Instagram warungs' in central Canggu. Open kitchen, felt clean, food was clearly cooked that same day. This is the actual budget-travel win of the trip.
Nasi campur — rice with a rotating mix of side dishes — is Bali's everyday lunch staple, and every warung's version differs. #NasiCampur #Bali #BudgetFoodActivities
