A great scenic drive to Potash along the Potash Road.
Take the road from Moab up down the Colorado River to the Potash mine. You'll follow the river and the railroad trips, looks like a scene out of an old western movie.Activities

One of my favorite arches, and it isn't even in the national park.
Take the road to Potash, then park at the trailhead and hike up to this arch. In the past, people were allowed to bungee jump and swing from the arch.Activities

Really great mountain biking trails, very close to Moab, UT. They are usually not very busy, easy to get to, but are a little rocky.
