It suits the mood for a nature lover to be in the tea garden, catch up a corner and just read a book or relax. Unfortunately we were late for the season so missed the teaa leaves sorting scene.
Aah the beautiful tea gardens are endless at Dibrugarh. We went on walking from one property to other. Th weather was pleasant and the scene was just beautiful!Activities

The Ghat is a bit untidy and a lot scraps floating in the water. Atleast not the best point to catch up for sunset. But the sunseat was great indeed.
We were able to capture this beautiful sunset at the Ghat of Brahmaputra river. Beautiful just the best way to start a wonderful trip.Activities

The experience was different. to visit a tribal folk at their folk bamboo house. A must take experience. The lady Miss. Purobi was kind enough to take us in her house and serve hot tea. The people as such are all very warm. U can knock on anybody\'s door and they\'ll serve you wonderfully.
We had a lovely breakfast at folk there. It was fun. We had are breakfast packed and we took a break at their place.Activities

Its just \"BEAUTIFUL\"! There\'s nothing else I can say. The whole village is super scenic. Just pack a hamper and set out for a family picnic. The village is beautiful. Enthusiastic bird watchers you might not want to miss this place.
We got a chance to visit the Folk Skill Training Centre of Vivekanad Kendra where the folk females are taught their folk art. One amongst it was to weave the waist band (Gaale) in their design.Activities

Its a wonderful place must not miss. The Brahmaputra river flow is just crazy. I dared to get to the last step and take a dip in the Brahmaputra near the barricades but balancing even there was tough with the kind of flow it had.
As such its a holy place 4 Hindus. But 4 me it was adventure. Climbing the stairs to reach the place was getting harder wid the storm and heavy rains. & here the mighty Brahmaputra flow was maddeningActivities

This was a small village called Pokharu on our way to Tinsukia. This tribe was probably the richest tribe in that locality. Endless lands of Tea Gardens and yes the richest animal Mithun (Bison) they had them in plenty. It was the Naga tribe community here. An experience must have.
We visited this home of Naga tribes who is considered as 1 of the richest amongst the tribes. Because he had so many sacrificed Mithuns (Bison). They served us with freshly brewed rice beer (Apong).Activities

Very untidy and too much crowd. Had 2 stand 4 over an hr in the queue for our car to go on the ferry. If missed 1 then the next ferry is directly 1n a half hr later. But there is no way to avoid it. It is Bogibil Ghat from Assam that takes you to Kareng Ghat (Dhemaji) at the Arunachal side.
We are on our way to Itanagar from Dibrugarh when Brahmaputra needs to be crossed on a ferry. This is the shortest and quickest way to reach Itanagar from Dibrugrah. Yet it takes almost 6hrs.Activities

Meet the tattoo women of the Apatani tribe when in Ziro.
Apparently these women got their faces tattooed to protect themselves from the British officers. Since this tribe is so beautiful, the British officers would take them along.Activities

Its got beautiful small hills and the ranges are constant. Its the best place to have a view of the step farming of Ziro Valley. We were too early for the season to enjoy the Orange and Kiwi orchids in the vicinity. The best time to visit there would be from June.
A beautiful place indeed. I was accompanied by two localites of the place- Tana Pu and Taring. We randomly started hiking into the hills where we landed on a beautiful hill to get this view.Activities
