We chose the Gate No.4 entry since majority animals are spotted on that route. The route includes a lake way so early morning was the perfect setting. Online permit booking saved us from a 3hr queue. And prefer the park services for jeeps and guide since they are authentic and will save some money.
It was a breathtaking experience. Early morning safari made way to spot animals like Leopard, Jackal and Pangolin. But the best was the 40min walk with JungleKing. The Lion was just 4ft far.Activities

If expense is not much of a factor, its a wonderful place to opt for. The service was and the staff was warm to help with correct info. Just one complain was the food. Not much of options to offer unlike Club Mahindra standards.
Amazing place to stay. As there is not much you can do at Gir. The resort saved from boredom. The tents were royal and the fun area was filled with games and books. The stay was truly relaxing.Activities

This time we chose to go for Gate No.7. Again a Lake side entry route. And see the magic. 3 more Lion to spot. I would always recommend for an online Permit coz otherwise going on queue at 3am is a day spoiler. If unable to spot an animal in the Park you can visit Dewalia Park close by.
Lucky again. This time we could spot 3 more Lion. Great satisfaction. These guys seemed like twins. They were playful.Activities

Probably one of the most organised and clean temples and is definitely the cleanest Jyotirlinga amongst the 12 from allover India.
The waves lashing the coast sets the mood. Its serene and quite in the temple sanctum.Activities
